LPSWA services range from:
Podium | Mercury | Flex data entry from fact find document.
Application origination in Podium | Mercury | Flex (CRM).
Transferring application to Applyonline in preparation for submission.
Generating application notes*, serviceability calculator*, upfront valuation*, pricing request*, short listing required supporting documents* & generating the application form for broker to complete & have signed by clients.
Uploading supporting documents into Applyonline & self-verification of documents.
Application submission to lender.

Podium | Mercury | Flex.
LPSWA will require establishment of a profile allowing 'administration' access to your CRM.
For this to take place, approval from your agreement will be required (email approval is sufficient) and an ‘admin setup fee*’ may be applicable & payable by the broker.
Please allow processing time for LPSWA to have CRM access established.
LPSWA will always update you via email/phone or with notes within your CRM.
* ’Admin setup fee’ varies depending on your aggregator.
Appliocation entry into Podium | Mercury | Flex will be completed within a 48-business hour period, upon receipt of a fully completed 'Fact Find' & all necessary supporting documents as per lenders requirements (before 4:00 pm AEST).

Note:
During peak processing periods availability may be reduced. LPSWA will advise accordingly.
A surcharge is applicable for urgent application requests due to finance clause due date, settlement date or extenuating circumstance.
A surcharge is applicable for weekend and public holiday application requests.
1) Call LPSWA to discuss your needs and preferred process, tailoring a service that meets your requirements.
2) Obtain approval from your Aggregator/Agreement Holder for LPSWA to have a profile established with administration level access only in your aggregator software (Podium | Mercury | Flex).
3) Confirm the applicable admin setup fee & arrange payment with your aggregator allowing LPSWA's profile to be established.
4) Provide LPSWA with access to lender websites/portals.
5) Setup Dropbox or OneDrive Folder for LPSWA/Client folders & off we go - You can send in your first application for processing.
Depending on the service you have elected:
100% on handover/completion of Fact Find or Full Application Entry.
Ad hoc hourly services (charged in hour blocks) are invoiced at completion of assigned task.
Payment is to be made within 5 calendar days of the invoice issued date.
